Hey...
So I weigh a pound more this week...want to know why? When I think about eating good foods all the time, I want to eat all the time!!!!
I'm going to focus more on exercise this week and just keep my food intake in mind, instead of fixating on it....

Totally hear ya, all I have been thinking about is food and I did so good last week lost a couple pounds and this week I thought maybe I would just quit. I know that is bad I have a short attention span for losing weight.
ReplyDeleteI let myself have treats this weekend and then I have such a hard time starting again.
ReplyDeleteI think that maybe some pre prep work would help with the food fixation.. whatcha think. Grab a bag of your favorite lean meats and greens and lets bake some up or cut them up and freeze them. Then we aren't wondering all day what we should eat! Also make a plan ahead for the next couple days. Try to stick with the plan just don't think about it Look at your list say okay oatmeal it is and grab it and eat. I also think this helps so you aren't keeping track all day what you ate. still keep a food journal at the end of the day so you can recognize what situations are making you choose unhealthy foods. Comet I'd be glad to cook some food up with you. What's your General Conference PLans?
ReplyDeleteHey Susie, I think that is a great idea. I need to cook up some lean chicken and vegetable meals. I have the marathon on Saturday, but Sunday we could cook and watch together if you want?!
