Yo plus yogurt+ ice water
Lunch: Mashed potatoes (leftovers!)
Dinner: Smashburger cheeseburger+ sweet potato fries....so good! haha + 20 Dr Pepper

Day 3:
yo plus yogurt+ice water
salad w/ green vegetables and chicken+15 sprays of Ranch spritizer+ Diet coke...better?!
Peanut butter and homemade apricot jam +water
2 bit oh honey+some candy...
Hummus sandwich+water
Comet, I love you!!! I though DR. Pepper was leaving the scene? So one of these Monday's or Saturday football days Dan and you will have to come out. Daniel and him can watch games while we work on projects and cook healthy food!! Keep your head up and I just read the coolest thing in my book that I will share later!!!

Anyway, thanks for being motivating girls, I think having you guys and Steph to be accountable to I will definetely think twice about eating things that I have to tell you about. I want to be accountable for excercise too, so I am going to tell you girls when and what I excercise because I am having a hard time getting going with that.
